The university celebrates its Open Day annually every September. This year,
it will take place on the 23rd of the month
in the Hakeem Great Hall of Jadiryia campus . Retired professors, those with
outstanding scientific and educational contributions and those who obtained
the professorship status during the past year are duly honored .
The occasion
also involves opening university campuses to the public so as it may
familiarize with the university's facilities and scientific capabilities.
